Questions sellers actually ask
Do I need to sort my cards first?
No. Send them however they live — binders, boxes, shoeboxes. Sorting is our job. If you happen to know where the good cards are, feel free to mention it, but it won't change your price.
What condition do you accept?
Everything: played, worn, unsleeved, shadowed, even water-damaged. We appraise honestly at the condition each card is actually in, and we'll tell you if something isn't worth anything rather than pretending otherwise.
Who pays for shipping?
For most collections we email you a prepaid shipping label — you pack, we pay. Local to Berkeley? Drop-off is free by appointment.
When do I get paid?
Within 48 hours of approving your appraisal, by your choice of payment method. No consignment, no "someday when it sells."
What if my cards turn out to be bulk?
You get the honest number either way, line by line. If the total comes in below what you hoped, we'll walk you through your options — no pressure to sell, and we'll box everything back up respectfully.
